Moondream is growing fast. We have a team of engineers and researchers building frontier vision AI, a sales team closing enterprise deals, and exactly zero people making sure the office has chairs, the contracts get signed, and new hires have laptops on day one. That person is you.

This role is broad on purpose. You'll own the stuff that doesn't have an owner yet: office management, vendor relationships, HR basics, finance coordination, recruiting logistics, and whatever else falls through the cracks. The title says “Head of” because you'll define what this function looks like, not because you'll be managing a team on day one. We need someone who sees a problem and fixes it without waiting to be asked.

You should probably apply if:

You're the person who notices the thing that's broken and just fixes it, whether it's a broken process, a missing contract, or a literal broken chair
You can juggle ten different things at once and none of them drop. Not because you have a system, but because you actually care about all ten.
You've handled some combination of office ops, HR, recruiting coordination, or finance at a startup before and you liked the chaos
You don't need to be told what to do. You walk into a room, see what's missing, and handle it.

You should definitely not apply if:

You need a clear job description with defined boundaries (this role is the opposite of that)
You think operations is beneath you or a stepping stone to something else
Remote work is non-negotiable (you can't run an office from your couch)

What you'll actually do

Keep the office running. Supplies, vendors, space planning, making sure the internet works and there's coffee.
Own the hiring process end-to-end: job postings, scheduling, candidate experience, offer letters
Handle onboarding so new hires feel set up, not lost
Coordinate with our accountants, lawyers, and other external partners
Build the processes that let the company grow without things slipping through the cracks

Compensation: $130k–$170k + meaningful equity
